McDonald’s【去麥記歎鹽酥麥炸雞lor?】Terms and Conditions

  1. The Event begins on June 21, 2023 and ends at 23:59 on June 30, 2023 (“Event Period”). During the Event Period, each eligible participant will receive Salted ‘N Pepper Crispy Thighs (1pc), with a total of 15,000 pieces available on a first-come, first-served basis until stock last.
  2. To participate in the Event, Participants must:
    1. Follow McDonald’s Hong Kong® Instagram (@mcdonaldshk)
    2. Share a designated campaign post via IG story by a public account, and mention “@mcdonaldshk”.
    3. Agree and consent to the Privacy Policy (Collection and Use of Personal Data) of MHK Restaurants Limited (“McDonald’s”).
  3. McDonald’s will contact each of the first 15,000 eligible participants who have met the criteria stated in Point 2 within five business days via Direct Message. Each Salted ‘N Pepper Crispy Thighs will be sent in the form of a QR code. Winners should redeem the prize at any Hong Kong McDonald’s restaurant by presenting the QR code on or before July 31, 2023.
  4. Each person and each Instagram account can only win one piece Salted ‘N Pepper Crispy Thighs.
  5. This Event is only available on McDonald’s Hong Kong® Instagram @mcdonaldshk. The Prize will only be given to the winners in Hong Kong.
  6. Winner’s Instagram account must remain public until the prize is redeemed
  7. The QR code of Salted ‘N Pepper Crispy Thighs is applicable to McDonald’s restaurants in Hong Kong (excluding the following McDonald’s restaurants: Peak Galleria, Kowloon Station, Ocean Park, Sha Tin Racecourse, Happy Valley Racecourse, Airport Departure Hall and Airport Terminal 1.)
  8. Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash. Each QR code of Salted ‘N Pepper Crispy Thighs can be used once only and is valid until the expiry date stated therein. Please note and use the McDonald’s App coupon before expiring. All expired coupons will be voided automatically and cannot be re-issued, refunded or exchanged.
  9. The availability of Salted ‘N Pepper Crispy Thighs may vary at individual restaurants and while stock lasts.
  10. Participants must ensure that the content they provide does not violate the laws of Hong Kong or contain any inappropriate content. Otherwise, McDonald’s Hong Kong® shall at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify such participant.
  11. McDonald’s Hong Kong® reserves the right to extend, modify, cancel or terminate this Event and revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All time and sequences are subject to Instagram’s system.
  12. Disclaimer: McDonald’s Hong Kong® and its affiliated companies will not be responsible for any loss, injury, death, or damage to any person directly or indirectly caused by this event, including but not limited to revenue, profit, reputation or any error in collecting or processing any content, abnormal operation of any hardware or system, any lack or inadequacy of any service provided by a third party, or any technical loss, damage or liability resulting from errors.
  13. In case of any dispute, McDonald’s Hong Kong® reserves the right to make the final decision.
  14. By participating in this Event, participants will have deemed to have agreed and accepted the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, McDonald’s Hong Kong® has the right of final decision.
