McKids Crew Program brings children their very first “workplace experience” where they can put on kid-sized McDonald’s uniforms and act as “little crew members” in the restaurant. Through touring the kitchen and learning more about McDonald’s daily operation, kids shall enjoy a fun and interactive learning experience with their parents.

The Program is held at designated McDonald’s restaurants for kids aged between 6 and 11 to join with their parents. Each participating restaurant offers one of the following job roles for kids to experience.

The four McKids Crew Program job roles include:

• McKids Manager – Learn restaurant management skills such as ingredients checking and food safety control
• McKids Barista – Prepare McCafé beverages
• McKids Guest Experience Floor Manager – Provide quality service and interact with customers in the restaurant lobby
• McKids Crew – Prepare tasty food for mom and dad
