McDonald’s Kidathon 2026 returned at the Happy Valley Racecourse on April 18, 2026, attracting up to 6,000 participants. It was also announced that McDonald’s Hong Kong successfully raised over HKD16.8 million for the “Ronald McDonald House Hong Kong” in 2025, marking the highest donation amount ever raised to date. The donation will be used to support more sick children and their families.

McDonald’s Kidathon has been successfully held for 17 editions, with a total of 84,000 participants and more over the years. As of 2025, McDonald’s Hong Kong has raised more than HKD110 million for Ronald McDonald House Hong Kong through various donation campaigns and channels.
