How do I place an order?
Please login to the app, click “McDelivery Order” and enter your delivery address. Browse and select specific food items you would like to order and put them into the shopping cart. Select “Check Out” and “Submit Your Order”. Choose your preferred payment. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order number. Kindly wait for the food delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?

Arrangements for severe weather
Delivery service by McDelivery® may be delayed in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or uncontrollable conditions. Delivery service will be suspended during black rainstorm warning, or when Typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted.
