McDonald’s【DSE Fighter: 麥麥小提示?】Terms and Conditions

1. The Event will be held from Apr 17, 2023 until 23:59 14 May, 2023 (“Event Period”). Participant must
   – Follow McDonald’s Hong Kong® Instagram @mcdonaldshk,
   – Comment a DSE hints under The Event Instagram post, and 
   – Tag a friend’s Instagram account.
   – During the Event Period, McDonald’s Hong Kong will select 20 most impressive comment and repost in @mcdonaldshk Instagram story per week. Selected participants will be entitled to one McDonald’s Limited Tote Bag(“Prize”) (The Event will last for 4 weeks, total 80 winners).
2. Each eligible winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by dedicated representatives of McDonald’ Hong Kong to obtain relevant information for distribution of the Prize. Upon notification, the winner must provide the required information on or before May 24, 2023 in order to verify the winner’s identity for Prize distribution which will be executed by a third party (Legend World Technology Development Limited). Each participant can submit multiple entries, but is only eligible to win once during the Event Period.
3. Winners shall agree and consent to the Privacy Policy (Collection and Use of Personal Data) of MHK Restaurants Limited (“McDonald’s”). Any late replies, incorrect or incomplete information will be deemed as giving up the Prize, and McDonald’s will not make alternative arrangements such as re-award of the Prize, substitution by other participants, or compensation for losses. 
4. This Event is only available on McDonald’s Hong Kong® Instagram @mcdonaldshk. The Prize will only be given to the winners in Hong Kong. 
5. Participants are assumed to have agreed that McDonald’s enjoys the right to repost their Instagram Story and saves their Instagram Story in Instagram Highlight on McDonald’s Hong Kong Instagram @mcdonaldshk. 
6. Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash. 
7. The Entry must not violate the laws of Hong Kong, or contain any inappropriate content. Otherwise, McDonald’s Hong Kong shall at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify such participant and forthwith discard his / her Entry. 
8. McDonald’s Hong Kong® reserves the right to extend, modify, cancel or terminate this Event and revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. 
9. By participating in this Event, participants will have deemed to have agreed and accepted the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, McDonald’s has the right of final decision. All time are subject to McDonald’s system.
