McDonald’s Kidathon 2025 returned at the Happy Valley Racecourse on March 29, 2025, attracting up to 6,000 participants. It was also announced that McDonald’s Hong Kong successfully raised over HKD14 million for the “Ronald McDonald House Hong Kong” in 2024, marking the highest donation amount ever raised to date. The donation will be used to support more sick children and their families.

McDonald’s Kidathon has been successfully held for 16 editions, with a total of 78,000 participants and more over the years. As of 2024, McDonald’s Hong Kong has raised more than HKD95 million for Ronald McDonald House Hong Kong through various donation campaigns and channels.
