How to place an order?

1. Go to the “Order” page and select a restaurant.
2. Log in to start ordering.
3. Choose your food items (the menu will display single items and meal prices).
4. Choose your meal type. If choosing a single item, click “Add to Bag.” If choosing a meal, click “Make it a meal”.
5. Choose side item, drink, and add-on product.
6. Review your order. If necessary, you can adjust the items and quantities in your order.
7. After confirming your order, click “Next :Add to bag”.
8. Click on the shopping bag icon on the “Order” page to proceed to checkout. You can still make changes to the selected restaurant or delete the items in your order.
9. Select your pickup option.
10. Select “Counter” or “Table Service”.
11. For counter pickup, choose “Eat in the restaurant” or “Take away in a bag”.
12. Confirm payment
13. Review your order details. You can still make changes to the selected restaurant and the items in your order if necessary.
​14. Choose your payment method.
15. After confirming your payment, you will receive an order number, and your food will be ready in 5-10 minutes.

How do I select a restaurant for my pickup order?

1. Go to the “Order” page and select a restaurant.
2. You can select a restaurant using the following: (i) Location services, (ii) Entering the restaurant name, or (iii) Entering the restaurant address.
3. If you’re choosing a restaurant using location services, make sure your device settings allow the McDonald’s App to access your location.
4. You can enable location services by clicking the arrow icon on the bottom right corner of our map feature to allow the McDonald’s App to access your location.
5. The McDonald’s App will suggest a restaurant nearest to you.
6. You can manually select a restaurant from our map feature and choose “Order here”.
7. You can also click on the search icon on the top right corner of our map feature and enter the restaurant’s name or address. Alternatively, you can search using keywords, and relevant details such as the restaurant’s name, address, and additional information will be displayed.​
8. Select “Order here” to set the pickup restaurant.
9. If location services are disabled, you can manually search for restaurants by entering the restaurant name or address.
10. You can change the pickup restaurant at any time before payment is confirmed.

How can I find nearby restaurants?

We suggest enabling location services on your phone to allow the McDonald’s App to access your location and find nearby restaurants.

What should I do if I selected the wrong restaurant during payment?

Before making your payment, the McDonald’s App will display the selected pickup restaurant at the top of the page. Please review or change if needed. Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or refunded.

Can food items be customized?

Certain products are available, such as McCafé drink. You can select the main item on the “Order” page and click “Customize.” Use “None” to indicate none and “1” for the standard option. Certain products can be selected with Special requests, such as less sweet or less ice etc.

Can I pre-order meals?

You can pre-order meals through the McDonald’s App. Once payment is confirmed, the restaurant will immediately process your order, and your food will be ready in 5-10 minutes. Please pick up your order from the restaurant as soon as possible.

How do I know if the restaurant has confirmed my order?

Once you’ve successfully placed your order, the McDonald’s App will provide you with an order number, confirming that the restaurant has received your order. Please proceed to the counter to pick up your order according to the order number.

How to cancel or change an order?

You can modify or cancel your order in the “Bag” section or return to the menu page to select other products before making your payment. After payment confirmation, orders cannot be changed or refunded.

Can I reorder previous orders?

Absolutely. The three most recent orders will be shown at the top of the “Order” page. Just click on “Reorder” to reorder. However, please note if a coupon was used in the previous order, the order cannot be reordered. Also, please be aware that the pickup location for your next order will be based on the current location setting and not the restaurant of your previous order.

Can I change the pickup method after the order is placed?

Once an order is confirmed, the selected pickup method cannot be changed.
